📅 المدة: شهر واحد – يومان أسبوعيًا (الثلاثاء والجمعة).
🎭 ماذا ستتعلم؟
أساسيات التعبير الحركي
فهم الجسد وإمكانياته
علاقة الجسد بالمساحة وبالآخر
العمل الجماعي والدراما الحركية
الارتجال الجماعي وصناعة مشهد متكامل
👤 عن المدرب:
أحمد عادل ممثل، راقص، ومخرج مصري مستقل، مؤسس فرقة المربع للفنون الأدائية. يمتلك خبرة +9 سنوات، أخرج أكثر من 20 عرضًا، أبرزها: خيمة، زاد الشيب، لازلت هنا، كربون، رقصة القرن. حاصل على جائزة أفضل تصميم استعراضات – مهرجان جامعة عين شمس 2018.

📅 Duration: 1 month – two sessions per week (Tuesdays & Fridays)

Basics of movement expression
Understanding the body and its capabilities
The body’s relationship with space and others
Teamwork and physical drama
Group improvisation and creating a complete scene
👤 About the Trainer:
Ahmed Adel is an independent Egyptian actor, dancer, and director, and the founder of El-Moraba’a Performing Arts Troupe. With over 9 years of experience, he has directed more than 20 performances including Khayma, Zad El-Sheib, I’m Still Here, Carbon, and The Dance of the Century. He received the Best Choreography Award at Ain Shams University Festival (2018).
