وصف الورشة
الورشة تهدف إلى اكتشاف وتطوير صوتنا الطبيعي. نحن نولد ومعنا هذه الأداة المثالية، ولكن مع مرور الوقت والتجارب والتوترات، نفقد هذه القدرة. على سبيل المثال، يبكي الطفل الرضيع ويمكن سماعه من مسافة كيلومترين، بينما نحن نواجه صعوبات في التعبير عن أنفسنا. لماذا لا يخرج صوتنا كما ينبغي؟ ولماذا لا نستطيع ان نعبر عما نريد؟ لتحقيق ذلك، سأعمل مع الطلاب من خلال الجسم، باستخدام قليل من الخيال، والألعاب الترفيهية. أعتمد على تقنية كريستين لينكلاتر وأضيف تمارين من تقنيات أخرى استخدمتها خلال تدريبي. بما أن مدرسة ناس تركز على المسرح الجسدي والكلاون ومسرح الشارع، أجد أنه من المفيد أن يعملوا على "صندوق الرنين" الخاص بهم. أريدهم أن يكتشفوا أنه يمكنهم التواصل ليس فقط من خلال الحركة، بل أيضاً من خلال الصوت والعواطف. سواء تحدثوا أم لا، بمشاركة مساحة صوتية من خلال أدوات، وأغاني تقليدية، وغيرها. الهدف هو إنشاء سيناريو للصوت يٌمكنهم من جذب انتباه الناس في الأداء الخارجي أمام جمهور. وأيضاً، أن يكونوا قادرين على التواصل في مع الأهل والأصدقاء دون إخفاء صوتهم، مع التأكد من عدم التأثير على الصوت والجسم. فالصوت مرتبط بالجسم ولا يوجد انفصال بينهما.
وباستخدام التدريب اليومي علي ثلاث مراحل
المرحلة الاولي :كيف يعمل الصوت \اكتشاف صوتك \ ماالذي يعوق الصوت ؟ من خلال بعض الالعاب والتدريبات والوعي الجسدي عن العمود الفقري والفك والنطق واستخدام بعض الاغاني والتعبيرات الغير منطوقه
المرحله الثانيه: معرفة جسدنا كأداه صوتيه من خلال فتح الحنجره والصدر والانف والاسنان
لغة الورشة : الإنجليزية وترجمة للغة العربية
مدة الورشة :
تمتد الورشة اسبوعين على مدار ٦٤ ساعة تدريب
من ١٢ اغسطس ٢٠٢٤ حتى ٢٧ أغسطس ٢٠٢٤.
مواعيد الورشة :
الورشة مكثفة 6 ايام اسبوعيا لمدة اسبوعين.
*ايام الاتنين ، الثلاثاء ، الاربعاء ، الخميس من الساعه 6 م حتى 10 م.
*ايام الجمع من الساعه 12 ظ حتى 6:30 م.
*ايام السبت من الساعة 11ص حتى 5:30 م.
للاشتراك بالورشة :
تكلفة الورشة مبلغ 6000 الاف جنية للفرد.
في حالة اشتراك فردين يتم خصم 500ج لكل فرد.
وخصم ٥٠٪ لطلبة الجامعات

NAS is delighted to have the artist, Olaia Pazos , to teach "The Voice" course for the students of the fifth batch.
The school is pleased to open the door for 6 participants from outside the school.
The workshop is an opportunity for those interested in reeing inner voice, body and an expression, the organic and Truthful connection between body, mind, voice and Text - (words and pages), through breath and vowels exercises.
About the workshop:
The workshop is aimed at discovering and developing our natural voice. We are born with a tool, a speech tool, perfect but, with life, education, tensions, we are losing that capacity. As an example: a newborn baby cries and you hear him two kilometers away. Our modesty, our insecurity, our nerve.... doesn't happen the same way. Why doesn't our voice come out? Why don't you communicate what want? To do this, I would work with the students from the body, a little theory, with imagination and through playful games and exercises. I base myself on Kristin Linklater's technique and add exercises from other techniques that I have used and practice throughout my training. I am aware that it is a school of physical, clown and street theater, mainly, and it is for that reason that it seems enriching to me that they can work, from their body, their “little box of resonance". I would like to let them discover that, in addition to doing a cartwheel or any movement, they can also communicate, with their speech apparatus and emotions. Whether they speak or not speak, may they release the sound, which is air in its essence, and always contains emotion. I propose to share, from a playful place, with theory, tools, traditional songs, etc., a sound space. Generate a scenario for the voice, the sound, their natural voice that allows them to: summon a square and take the attention of the passers by when performing outdoors and also, recite or say a parliament or poem in front of an entire audience. Also, that they can protect in more intimate scenarios, that they are able to talk to their mother or father, a brother, a friend. May they speak to life without their voice being hidden. Making sure there is no damage in the voice and the body. For me voice exists from the body, there is no dissociation.

About the trainer
Olaia Pazos. Ferrol 1980. Poet and actress. She studied at the Escola de Teatro de Narón and later at the Estudio Juan Carlos Corazza. In addition to the regular course, she attended intensive theatrical training and research seminars with teachers such as Manuel Morón, Consuelo Trujillo, John Strasberg, Julián Fuentes Reta and Adolfo Simón. With Leticia Santafé and later with Mónica Dorta, he explored the possibilities of voice and singing.
At the same time, in those years, she recorded an album Quieres que te cuente un cuento? (Cactusound Studios) available at Jamendo.com and participated in numerous recitals. He also coordinates for two years, together with Carlos Salem, the poetry Jam Sessions in Diablos Azules.
Some of her works are: Oda. Homenaje a Pessoa (2010) Together with Selene Muñoz, choreographer and dancer, and Laura Pedreira, pianist and director of this show presented at the Festival Alternativo de Teatro, Música y Danza de Madrid. Poetic intervention at the Escuelas Pías Library as part of the Palabras Habladas #2 cycle (2011) organised by the Hablar en Arte collective. El Chico de la Última Fila (2013-2011) by Juan Mayorga, with the company La Fila de al Lado, for which they have been awarded the following prizes: José Luis Alonso, ADE 2012, best young director. Jury Prize for the best theatrical show at the International Theatre and Dance Fair of Huesca 2012 and Audience Award for the best theatrical show at the Don Quixote Festival in Paris 2012. El Vagón que transita Mundo (2014), a multidisciplinary show written and directed by the author. La soledad del paseador de perros (2016) by María Velasco and co- directed by Guillermo Heras and Elefantes blancos (2019) by Acoyani Guzmán.
In film she has starred in the films El Tiempo de Plácido Meana by Kike Narcea (2012) and 365 by Mario Jara (2019).
She has been published in the short story anthologies Al otro lado del espejo. Narrando contracorriente (Ed. Escalera); La vida es un bar -Cuentos de noche- Malasaña (Ed. Amargord) and Las mejores historias de amor (Ed. Pigmalión). In poetry, Guía viva de ortodoxos y heterodoxos en la poesía contemporánea gallega (Ed. Endymion) and Latexo Beat (Ed. Galaxia). His poetry books, Bipolar (Ed. Amargord), Singladura (Ed. Ruleta Rusa) and Qué largo tienes los ojos (Ed. Mankell). He says he is preparing the next one.

The workshop is extended for two weeks, 64 hours. From 12 Augest to 29 Augest 2024
Times and Dates:
The workshop is intensive for 6 days per week, for 3 weeks
*Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 6 to 10 PM.
Fridays from 12 noon to 6:30 PM
Saturdays from 11 am to 5:30 PM.
