وصف الورشة
خلال الورشة سوف نتدرب على اكتشاف الجسد كأداة فى مساحة فارغة.
فالجسد يحتاج أن يتكلم.
سوف نكتشف الحركة من خلال William Forsythe
ـ منظور Laban فى الحركة.
ـ الايماءات السيكولوجية لـــ Chekhov.
لكى نمتلك تنوع فى التعبير والحرية الجسدية .
ـ وهذا البحث فى الحركة سوف يعطى امكانيات لاكتشاف (الشخصية وسلوكها، فى علاقتها بعواطفها، وكذلك سوف نعمل من خلال Grotowski على اكتشاف علاقة الجسد بالفراغ المسرحى
ووسوف نعمل بشكل فردى وكذلك جماعى فى خلق التركيز على الحضور الجسدى، فى علاقته بالمنطوق.
لغة الورشة : الإنجليزية وهناك ترجمة للغة العربية
مدة الورشة :
تمتد الورشة وعلى مدار اسبوعين بإجمالي 56 ساعة تدريب.
من ٩ أكتوبر 2023 حتى 21 أكتوبر 2023.
مواعيد الورشة :
الورشة مكثفة 6 ايام اسبوعيا لمدة اسبوعين.
*ايام الاتنين ، الثلاثاء ، الاربعاء ، الخميس من الساعه 6 م حتى 10 م.
*ايام الجمع من الساعه 12 ظ حتى 6:30 م.
*ايام السبت من الساعة 11ص حتى 5:30 م.

عن المدربة
ممثلة وراقصة ومدربة حركة مقيمة في مدريد ،تخرجت من جامعة برايتون في دراسة الفنون المسرحية والبصرية وواصلت تطوير مهاراتها كممثلة وراقصة وفنانة بصرية في لندن ونيويورك والآن في مدريد.
كانت كايتانا عضوًا في فرقة هامبشاير للرقص الشبابي Hampshire Youth Dance و Foolish People و Future Cinema في لندن. قامت بعروض في مهرجانات دولية مثل مهرجان فرينج في إدنبرة Fringe in Edinburgh ، والمراجعة الوطنية للفن الحي في جلاسكو، ومهرجان برايتون، وقبة الألفية في لندن.
في مدريد، عملت كايتانا كممثلة في العديد من العروض المسرحية في جميع أنحاء البلاد مع العديد من الفرق المسرحية: مثل La Fura dels Baus وLa Joven Compañía وEl Retablo . قامت أيضًا بأداء أفلام قصيرة ومسلسلات على الويب وراوية قصص للأطفال على مدار العشرين عامًا الماضية في المسارح والمساحات غير التقليدية الخاصة بالمكان.

بصفتها مصممة رقصات ومدربة حركة لفرق مسرحية مثل La Joven وEnglish Totem وRitual Teatro، تستخدم كايتانا أسلوبها المطور لمساعدة فناني الأداء على التركيز على أجسادهم كأداة للتعبير والحضور والوعي الجماعي. إن العمل مع الجسد يمكّنهم من إنشاء شخصيات لا نهاية لها بالإضافة إلى إدراك أفعالهم الجسدية وعواطفهم وإبداعهم.
NAS is delighted to have the artist, Cayetana Payno del Rio, to teach " Character Creation" course for the students of the fifth batch.
The school is pleased to open the door for 6 participants from outside the school.
The workshop is an opportunity for those interested in Character Creation in a professional way.
About Character Creation Workshop
During the workshop, we are going to start training and exploring the body as a tool in an empty space. The body needs to speak. We will explore William Forsythe movements, Laban actions and Anton Chekhov’s phycological gestures in order to gain a wide variety of physical territory and freedom. This movement investigation will give the possibility to explore character mannerisms in relationship with their emotions and Grotowski’s physical actions. Understanding the relationship between the body and the performing space, working as individuals, as a collective, and creating focus, presence and narrative engagement.
About the trainer
Cayetana Payno del Rio
Actress, dancer and movement coach based in Madrid
She graduated in Performance and Visual Arts at the University of Brighton and continued developing her skills as an actress, dancer and visual artist in London, New York and now Madrid.
Cayetana has been a member of Hampshire Youth Dance Company, Foolish People and Future Cinema in London. She has performed at International Festivals such as the Fringe in Edinburgh, National Review of Live Art in Glasgow, Brighton Festival and The Millennium Dome in London.
In Madrid, Cayetana has been performing as an actress in various theatre productions around the country with companies such as, La Fura dels Baus, La Joven Compañía and El Retablo. She has also performed in short Films, web series and as a storyteller for children for the past 20 years in theaters and site specific non conventional spaces.
For the past ten years she has been teaching physical training, character creation and storytelling for actors in acting schools in Madrid such as Landén Pape Pérez, Juan Codina, Escuela de Teatro de Parla and Campus Talentia.
As a choreographer and movement coach for theater companies such as La Joven, English Totem and Ritual Teatro, Cayetana uses her own developed technique to help performers put focus on their bodies as a tool for expression, presence and group awareness. Working with the body enables them to create endless characters as well as being aware of their physical actions, emotions and creativity.
